Program Description:

Where do you want to be both artistically and professionally? Learn how to define your values, identify key choices, and develop a plan to achieve your career goals. Discover analytical and tool-based approaches to manage your time. These tools will help you tackle hurdles related to efficiency, flexibility, and structure to help you reach your artistic goals.

Chuck Chase is a lifelong resident of Adrian with over 30 years of training and Human Resource experience with Masco Cabinetry (formerly Merillat Industries, Inc.) Employed at Brazeway. Inc. in Adrian for two years as their Director of People & Communication. Currently serves on the boards of the Frank & Shirley Dick Family YMCA, Neighbors of Hope and the Adrian Noon Rotary Club. Former Adrian City Commissioner (28 years). Member and Trustee of Crossroads Community Church. Has formed his own business - Chase Consulting/Training & Development, LLC. Now employed by Lenawee Now - an economic development organization as their employer representative.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define and assess major goal categories

  • Set goal timelines and action plans

  • Identify hurdles, define barriers and distractions

  • Learn how to set SMART goals

  • Devine vital and trivial activities, and prioritize your activities

  • Find your focus, define your alpha and beta time
